We may share some of this information with organisations that have taken part in an event. This is limited to photographs of the volunteers, unidentifiable photographs of students and feedback. Feedback, Testimonials and photographs may also appear on Social Media and Own Futures website. Permission of volunteers will be sought before photographs are published. Photographs of students’ faces or identifiable features such as names on books will not be shared unless the school specifically asks us to.
Under the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR), the lawful bases we rely on for processing this information are:

How we store your personal information
Your information is securely stored.
We keep non-public domain contact details for three years after the last engagement. We will then dispose of your information by cloud based secure deletion techniques. Access to cloud based productivity applications employs the use of “strong” passwords which are comprised of 16 characters with both alphanumeric and special characters. Access to information on mobile devices utilises a biometric access control system. Other documents are stored in The Cloud utilising password strength techniques as described earlier. Identifiable photographs on mobile devices are deleted one week after the date of an event. Printed personal details will be shredded one month after the event.

We use your personal information only for providing and improving the Site and services we offer. By using the Site, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.

If you wish to contact us via our Site, we will ask you to provide us with certain personally identifiable information that can be used to contact or identify you. Personally identifiable information may include, but is not limited to your name. We will use this information to contact you about our services.
